Confused by PCI notices, CardConnect or NMI access? Start here. You do not need to sign in or share account details.
1. Identify the service you need
Look privately at your original setup documents, saved portal bookmark or the provider name on your statement. Do not upload them. A device logo alone does not identify your processor or portal, and your business may use more than one service.
Security validation
PCI compliance
A notice about a questionnaire, scan, validation deadline or non-compliance fee usually concerns your PCI program. Your PCI portal may be separate from your payment dashboard.
CardConnect or Fiserv may appear on your paperwork; CardPointe may be the dashboard named in your setup instructions. Confirm the portal with your provider if the names do not match.
Your online payments, virtual terminal or recurring billing setup may use NMI through a provider-branded gateway. Payments365 calls its gateway offering 365guru Gateway. Do not assume every NMI account uses the same access route.
Use your provider’s established PCI portal or contact your processor/acquiring bank through a known channel to confirm the notice and deadline.
Ask them which Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), validation documents and scans apply to your actual payment environment. Do not guess answers or select a questionnaire just because it is shorter.
Complete the required steps in that verified portal and confirm your recorded status with the provider. A gateway login, new terminal or paid fee does not complete validation.
Payments365 can help you find the right next step; this page cannot certify compliance, confirm your status or promise a fee waiver.
Check your trusted setup instructions or saved bookmark for CardPointe. If you have only a CardConnect or Fiserv name, ask your account provider to confirm the correct portal.
Use the recovery option on the verified portal if you have forgotten your password. Enter account details only there, never on this help page or our contact form.
If your invitation is missing, your email changed, your account is locked or you cannot complete verification, contact your business’s account administrator or request help below. Do not use a coworker’s login.
Use the portal confirmed in your original gateway setup or by your provider. Branding can differ; a processor reporting login and a gateway login are not interchangeable.
On the verified merchant portal, use “Forgot Password” and check your email, including spam. Keep reset links and verification codes private.
If you do not know your username, no longer have the registered email, have a verification problem or never received access, ask your account administrator or merchant services provider for help. Do not create a second account or disable security controls to get around the problem.
The help buttons open our existing contact form with your issue selected. Add your business name, a reply email and a short general description, such as “reset email not arriving.” Do not paste notices, account identifiers, credentials or customer information. Submit when you are ready; opening the form sends nothing.
If a message or login link looks suspicious, stop and verify it with your provider using contact details you already trust.
