Terms of Service
1. Use of the Service
Payments365 provides software tools for merchant statement review, pricing comparison, proposal creation, and related business analysis. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and not to upload content you do not have permission to use.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
The service uses automated extraction, calculations, and user-provided information. Results may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using them with customers, merchants, processors, banks, or third parties.
3. No Professional Advice
Payments365 does not provide legal, tax, accounting, compliance, underwriting, or financial advice. Pricing estimates, savings calculations, SAR estimates, and proposal outputs are for business planning and sales-support purposes only.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when using the service.
- You must not upload confidential or restricted data unless you are authorized to do so.
- You must independently verify all fees, rates, savings, and proposal claims before presenting them externally.
5. Paid Access
Some features may require payment, including one-time access or subscription access. Prices are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Payments365 does not store full card numbers.
6. Account and Email Limits
Payments365 may limit proposal viewing, downloading, sharing, or emailing by user email address, payment status, or usage level. Attempts to bypass access controls may result in blocked access.
7. Intellectual Property
The service, design, workflow, prompts, calculations, templates, and generated interface are owned by Payments365 or its licensors. You may use outputs you generate for your own lawful business purposes, subject to these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payments365 is not liable for lost profits, lost business, inaccurate proposals, pricing errors, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to the Service
Payments365 may update features, pricing, limits, policies, or availability at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, uploaded merchant statements, extracted statement data, proposal details, usage activity, payment status, and technical information such as browser type, device type, and IP address.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide statement analysis, pricing comparisons, and proposal generation.
- To manage paid access, email limits, and account entitlement checks.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To improve security, troubleshoot errors, and improve the service.
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment data according to its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Uploaded Documents
Uploaded statements may contain merchant, transaction, fee, and processor information. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload and analyze any document submitted to the service.
5. Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate the service, including hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and AI-processing providers.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information. No internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Refund Policy
1. One-Time Access
One-time purchases are generally non-refundable once proposal access has been used, a proposal has been generated, or the proposal has been emailed.
2. Subscription Access
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
3. Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or unable to access the service after payment, contact us at cryptokingarthur@gmail.com. We will review reasonable refund requests in good faith.
4. Service Errors
If a technical issue prevents paid access from working and we cannot resolve it, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
